Our Origin Story

ComputerPro was founded in 2002 by Simon van Zwanenberg, having recognised how rapidly information technology was becoming essential for everyday life and business growth, but increasingly complex to manage for those too busy or not expert.

Operations Director

Matt has progressed from a hands-on apprentice to become our Operations Director, impressing throughout, by developing a strong IT skill-set and building strong business relationships en-route. He now leads the day-to-day IT support operations. He also drives business development, identifying opportunities to improve services for our clients, taking the business from a break-fix to Managed Service Provider model. Matt’s practical, approachable style makes IT straightforward and stress-free for clients.

Jo is an experienced administrator and bookkeeper with a strong background in accounting. After several years working as an accountant, she took time out to focus on raising her family and has recently returned to the workplace—bringing with her a wealth of experience, a fresh perspective, and a naturally organised approach.

Jo is known for being reliable, detail-focused, and efficient, with a clear understanding of financial processes and day-to-day business administration. She enjoys supporting the business behind the scenes by keeping records accurate, systems running smoothly, and finances well managed.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crafting, travelling, and seeking out great food—whether that’s discovering new cuisines or trying out new recipes at home.

IT Engineer

Riley has been working in IT since 2022, starting his career with a large education trust where he supported multiple sites before moving into MSP with multi-client support. This experience has given him a broad skill set and the ability to adapt quickly to different environments and challenges.

He works across both PC-level and infrastructure-level support, meaning he can help with anything from a software issue on a single laptop to a network problem affecting an entire office. He supports Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, and macOS, allowing him to work with whatever systems our clients rely on.

In his free time, he also practices low-level software development, giving him valuable insight into how systems work behind the scenes.

Outside of work, he enjoys taking on woodworking projects and attending airsoft events.
