About Us
ComputerPro is run by Simon van Zwanenberg, who set up the business in 2002 to enable North Oxfordshire’s small and home businesses cope with today’s IT dependency, exploit its potential and grow, and to help its homes overcome their lack of expertise.
Simon has more than 30 years experience in the technology services sector, primarily working in ICT and media operations, from implementation to support. His focus is on ensuring that we always provide a professional, high-quality service to our customers, with the mantra: do the right thing and do things right.
Operating from our Heyford Park office/workshop, our friendly, qualified team of experts have proven problem-solving skills, with technical abilities and experience across various disciplines, and are distinguished by their enthusiasm, professionalism and diligence.
In recent years, we have successfully employed a number of trainee IT engineers through formal Apprenticeship schemes, providing them with secure and supportive starts to their working lives. Our latest recruit, Matt, joined us in April 2017.
We have built our reputation by providing clients with a conscientious and respectful service, and by communicating in terms they understand. We have a high customer retention rate, very many acquired through referrals, achieved by earning their trust and loyalty.
