Extended support for Windows 7 has ended (mainstream support expired in 2015), you will no longer receive security updates, and technical support from Microsoft customer service has also ceased to be available.
If you continue to use Windows 7 now support has ended, your computer will still work, but will be more vulnerable to security threats due to the termination of automatic security updates, and there will be further consequences as time goes on.
